Since Panama is a tropical country, the sun is intense specially during the dry season (from december to april) and all travelers are advised to use sunscreen of 30 SPF or above during their stay in Panama. During the rainy season (may to november), clouds will give you some protection, but you better not forget to wear sunscreen. |
